🌸 Verses of Spring and Solitude
Cherry petals slide across the wind,
drifting dreams in soft descent.
A mist-veiled peak hides the dawn,
pale thoughts weave through fir and scent.
A flask of wine, a mossy stone,
echoes of laughter long since flown.
Lone clouds trace forgotten paths,
the hush of longing still unknown.
Who sits beyond that mountain bend?
Whose voice trails dusk’s faded call?
My cup tilts toward memories,
that sing beyond the pines so tall.
In twilight hush, my mind retreats—
cherry blossom snow beneath my feet.
